Compact Shape, Proper Mallet Confidence
Best For: Golfers with a straighter stroke who want mallet forgiveness without an oversized head behind the ball.
The Scotty Cameron 2026 Phantom 5 Putter keeps things tidy. Its compact winged shape provides the stability golfers look for in a mallet, but avoids the sprawling footprint that can feel a bit much at address.
A mid single-bend shaft creates minimal toe flow, helping the face remain settled through a straighter stroke. The full-face Studio Carbon Steel insert adds softer sound and responsive feedback, making it easier to judge pace without losing that reassuring sense of solidity.
For golfers ready to embrace mallet forgiveness but not quite ready for a putter the size of a small serving tray, the Phantom 5 is a beautifully balanced option.
Studio Carbon Steel Face Insert – Produces softer sound and responsive feedback across the face
Compact Winged Mallet – Adds high-MOI stability while remaining tidy and easy to align
Mid Single-Bend Shaft – Creates minimal toe flow for golfers with a straighter stroke
