The P28 is approved for nearly all major US carriers including Delta, American Airlines, Southwest, and JetBlue. United Airlines does not currently permit rideable electric luggage. For cruises, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, MSC, and Princess are all compatible. Carnival and NCL do not currently permit rideable electric luggage.

The suitcase is covered for 12 months and the battery for 6 months from the original purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting normal function – including the motor, wheels, charging port, and electrical components. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, drops, water damage, or airline handling damage. Approved warranty claims receive a full replacement unit.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer covers return shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 7 days with photos and Elala covers return shipping at no cost with no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection.
